The Company started on a modest scale but has since expanded significantly to become a group involved in every aspect of the real estate business. However, Glomac remains focused on the property development sector, leveraging on its experience and expertise.
To date, the Group has completed 9,000 residential and commercial units with a total sales value of RM2 billion, proof of our status as one of the premier names in the property development industry in the country.
Apart from residential development, the Group has also successfully completed approximately 5 million sq. feet of commercial space with a total sales value of RM1 billion.
Glomac’s current major development projects are located strategically in the Klang Valley, where the Group is already well established. Glomac will also continue to place importance on residential and commercial developments encompassing all segments of the market.
