General Terms and Conditions
- This promotion (herein titled "Glomac Home Rewards") is valid for all Malaysian residents, aged 18 and above except suppliers, partners and advertising agencies. All Glomac employees are exempted from the Grand Prize contest.
- Unless otherwise stated, this promotion is not valid with any other Glomac promotion or discount.
- The Glomac Home Rewards promotion will run from May 18th, 2007 - August 31st, 2007.
- The Grand Prize contest will run from May 18th, 2007 - September 30th, 2007. Glomac Berhad reserves the right to extend the closing date of the contest.
- The reward items cannot be exchanged for other products except as stated in the Redemption Letter.
- In the event that the redeemed price does not reach the stipulated reward value, a Credit Note of 5% of the stipulated value or RM200 (whichever is higher) will be reimbursed to the purchaser.
- Glomac gives no representation or warranty on the goods and reward packages provided within this promotion.
- In the event of any dispute relating to the "Glomac Home Rewards", the decision of Glomac Berhad shall be final.
- Glomac reserves the right to withdraw, substitute, or exchange any of the packages or prizes offered at any time, without prior notice.
- In the event of any inconsistency between the English, Bahasa Malaysia or Chinese translation of these Terms and Conditions, the English version will prevail.
- The Astro decoder must be installed and activated. Astro Terms & Conditions apply.

Glomac Home Rewards Redemption
- The Glomac Home Rewards Redemption is open to purchasers of Bandar Saujana Utama, Saujana Rawang and Suria Residen projects only.
- All purchasers must sign the Sales and Purchase Agreement and complete payment of the first 10% for the purchase of the Glomac property under the "Glomac Home Rewards" promotion before they are eligible to receive their selected rewards from the Home Appliances checklist form under the promotion.
- Each Glomac property / home purchase entitles the customer to one (1) Home Appliance checklist form for each property purchased.
- In the event that the customer's choice of Rewards is unavailable, the said manufacturer or distributor has the right to replace it with a substitute of equal value. All Prizes are available while stocks last.
- Rewards are eligible for redemption within 60 days from the date stated in the official redemption letter issued.
- All Rewards accepted in good condition are non-exchangeable. In the event there is a manufacturing defect, customers must return the said item directly to the manufacturer or distributor at his/her own cost, undamaged and in its original packaging for a replacement within 7 working days upon receipt. (List of the service establishments' contact details is available upon request).
Grand Prize Contest
- Purchasers of any Glomac residential and commercial properties are eligible to enter the Grand Prize Contest.
- All purchasers who have signed the Sales and Purchase Agreement and have made the first 10% payment for a Glomac property under the "Glomac Home Rewards" promotion qualify for entry for the Grand Prize Contest.
- Purchasers will receive one (1) entry form to qualify for the entry of the Grand Prize Contest for every RM100,000.00 amount purchased.
- Each participant is eligible to win only one (1) prize, no matter how many entries are submitted.
- Entries with the correct answers will be selected for the Grand Draw in which the winners will be determined by draw at a Property Event scheduled to be held at Kompleks Kelana Centre Point, Kelana Jaya. Eligible participants of the Grand Draw will be informed of the date of this Event via mail, fax and / or phone call.
- One (1) Grand Prize is available under the promotion. The Grand Prize consists of four (4) round trip tickets to Gold Coast, Australia for four (4) adults, inclusive of 4 day, 3 night hotel accommodation, plus cash of RM 12,000.00. Full flight and accommodation details will be provided at the Property Event.
- Four (4) Bonus Prizes are available under the promotion. Each Bonus Prize consists of two round trip tickets to Gold Coast, Australia for 2 adults, inclusive of 4 day, 3 night hotel accommodation, plus cash of RM 6,000.00. Full flight and accommodation details will be provided at the Property Event.
