Assistant General Manager/Senior Manager-Project

Key Requirements

  • Degree in Civil Engineering/Town Planning/Quantity Surveying/Architecture/Building & Projects Management or other technical field related to property development
  • Minimum 7 years of working experience with relevant experience in pre-development project planning and management (feasibility/design development/authorities’ approval)
  • Good leadership and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • To assist the EXCO/COO-O/SGM in formulating divisional policies and objectives, recommending improvement plans and ensure compliance with approved policies and objectives.
  • Preparing short and medium terms divisional plans and operational budgets and to ensure that the budgeted goals and cost objectives are met.
  • To oversee the duties and responsibilities of departmental heads and the implementation of respective departmental operating procedures.
  • Structuring the divisional organization chart, reviewing the organization as and when necessary to ensure that competent personnel are available and that they are properly trained as required.
  • To chair the Management Committee Meeting and to assist the EXCO/COO-O/SGM in carrying out Management Review/Budget Review.
