General Manager , Sales & Marketing

Key Requirements

  • Experience: 15 years and above. Experience in the property industry
  • Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices and an ability to coach others on them.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Strength in problem solving, issue resolution, and ability to work in a deadlinedriven work environment.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skill to build strong relationship with customer focus orientation.
  • Excellent leadership skills and able to motivate/empower all levels of team members

Responsibilities

  • To explore new business opportunity and innovative sales strategies for new market diversity.
  • To conduct market intelligence research, analysis demands, trends, and directions of target sectors.
  • To embark on creative selling by establishing extensive clientele network.
  • Responsible for the sales growth of the company and achievement of budget
  • Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing directives / activities to build product and brand awareness
  • Manage, guide and motivate sales team members to achieve the companys goals.
  • Lead the development of budget plans and ensure that each brand/ market/ product meets the business objective. Key responsible will include; planning, execution, and monitoring of sales activities.
  • Strategize, trial and implement KPIs for hierarchy of team(s), inline with company direction
  • Lead the implementation of Sales and Marketing campaigns or promotional activities for business growth and development.
  • Ensure sales process/ procedures comply with SOP and Group Policy.
