Head , Township Projects

Key Requirements

  • Degree in Civil Engineering/Town Planning/Quantity Surveying/Architecture/Building & Projects Management or other technical field related to property development
  • Minimum 15 years of working experience with a minimum of 10 years relevant experience in property development particularly in township development.
  • Good leadership , communications and interpersonal skills


  • Reporting to the Group’s Chief Operating Officer (Operations), this position is responsible to provide leadership in the Group’s township development projects and its project management teams.
  • Oversee the overall planning, scheduling, implementation and timely completion of development projects.
  • Lead in the preparation and execution of the Group’s development Annual Operating Plan.
  • Ensuring the Group’s quality standards, budget, timeline and objectives are met.
  • Build and maintain strong liaison with the industry’s various stakeholders
