Senior Executive / Executive, Sales & Marketing Operations
Key Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Min 2 years of working experience in property development industry
- High level of energy and initiative with positive attitude
- Analytical mindset, critical thinking and digital savvy
Responsibilities
- To ensure all sales & marketing activities planned are implemented to achieve group and individual sales target
- Attend all Sales & Marketing functions,launches/events activities
- Build rapport and establish long term relationship with customers
- Build up database of registrants for future launches/projects in the Prospective Buyer module in system
- Prepare analysis of registrants and purchasers for each launch/project
- Monitor, compile and update competitors analysis
- To assist Marketing staff as and when required i.e. promotional activities and preparation for the launch of new project /new phase
