We are excited to announce that our Group Managing Director\/CEO, Datuk Seri FD Iskandar, has been honoured with the 2025 Special Business Excellence Award: “Top Property Leader Lifetime Achievement Award” at the Malaysian SME Resilience and Growth Conference 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The award was graciously presented by T.Y.T. Tun Seri Setia (Dr.) Haji Mohd Ali Bin Mohd Rustam, the Yang di-Pertua Negeri Melaka, during a Luncheon & Award Presentation ceremony held at the Royale Chulan Hotel, Kuala Lumpur. The Malaysian SME Resilience and Growth Conference 2025 was organised by the KSI Strategic Institute for Asia Pacific (KSI), SME Malaysia, and The Economic Club. It was an inspiring platform that fostered resilience and sustainable growth among Malaysian SMEs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
