We also received two awards with ‘honours’ score for our housing developments; \u2018The Family-Friendly Award 2025 \u2013 Best Family-Centric Development (Landed) for Selangor\u2019 for Serai@SBCR, proudly accepted by Mr. Zulkifly Garib, Chief Operating Officer (Operations); and \u2018The Neighbourhood Award 2025 \u2013 Best Comprehensive Township (Below 500 Acres)\u2019 for Keys Lakeside Residences, presented to Mr. Brandon Ong, Chief Operating Officer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
